We knew it didnāt we. As soon as I was back at one theatre Iād be back at them all. This week Iām seeing a grand total of four shows. Four! 2021 me would be shocked by this but Iām happy to be back at my pre-pandemic levels of obsessive theatre-going.
Two are lined up for tomorrow. Iāll save those for next weekās edition⦠But I was lucky to catch two tours at the start of the week - Waitress and The Addams Family. I had my critic cap on for these trips so you can read my reviews here. Both were really good, but the real highlight may have been these Addams Family themed snacks. The guys at The Orchard Theatre know how to put on a spread!
The news has been giving us some right treats this week! Weāve got confirmation of a London production of the wonderful Newsies. Dawn French is heading for the Palladium panto! And weāve got casts for My Fair Lady, The Cher Show, & Juliet and Bonnie & Clyde!
Happy ticket-buying!

Iām kind of a big deal
You might have seen that itās London Theatre Week. Lots of agents are getting involved and offering discounts on West End tickets, including some such as & Juliet, Wicked and Dirty Dancing starting at just Ā£15.
The deals look good but some arenāt complete bargains, so as I always say, make sure you check against the theatre directly. Itās worth checking against the Show Time deal as well (probably some of the best prices around right now). You can also use Seat Plan to make sure your view is nice and clear!
Hey big spender
Hereās your discounts, offers and cheap seats this week.
Donāt forget our favourite long-running offers. Show Time has reduced West End tickets from Ā£10, and Love Your Local Theatre has 2 for 1 tickets to shows all across the UK. Both are running throughout February and March.
Save 40% on After the End with tickets from just £13.
Love Theatre still has good discounts on Only Fools and Horses, with balcony seats at £16.50. Stay central for the best view.
Save 42% on The Play That Goes Wrong. The £15 seats at the back of the circle are fine if you want to save money.
These Ā£15 seats for Death Drop are a little more hit and miss due to pillars in the Criterion, but still a bargain if youāre prepared to lean!
Get tickets from just £15 for Running With Lions, saving 47%.
You can save up to £40 on tickets to Anything Goes when it comes back to London this year. The gallery seats are reduced to just £20.
Save £5 on tickets to Billionaire Boy at the Manchester Palace (making tickets just £20). Wed & Thu 7pm shows only.

And save up to £37.50 on Jersey Boys, with great seats at £25.
